Welcome to CEROC Hatfield's very first newsletter "Robins Nest".
We have a bumper packed issue for you, to provide you with hours (well 20 minutes
at least) of reading. In this and future issues you can expect to find regular
items such as:-
"Whose Crew".
Interviews with all your favourite crew members from the most talented of teachers
to the most tenacious of taxis, with the odd DJ, venue manager, doorman and
demonstrator thrown in for good measure.
"From the floor". This is
the section where we talk to you the heart of CEROC Hatfield and get your views
and opinions.
"Talking Twins". What is
really said between the teacher and the DJ that we all see but nobody hears.
We will also be giving you information on any events that are occurring and
also reports on such items as the tea
dances, and other events of interest. You will find information about the
CEROC products that we have for sale from the front desk.
We would also like items and feed back from yourselves (see
page 8) to make this a truly interactive publication. But enough of these
meaningless ramblings. Read on, but make sure that you do not miss any dancing
while you do so.
Last year, during the period from July to September,
65,700 people attended all CEROC venues in the UK. This figure
was an increase from 45,000 people in the same period in 1997.
