He runs a sports shop in Haverhill called Aurora Sports & Trophies. He is a Taurus, drives a Ford Escort as his Mazda 626 is not well at the moment. He is divorced and he has two children, Mark 20 & Lisa 17. His favourite food is Pie & Mash (Old Kent Road style), Peking Duck and Apple Pie and Custard.

How did you find out about CEROC at Welwyn/Hatfield?
Through the (Marvin Gaye) grapevine.

What did you think when you first saw it performed?
How did they know the other one was going to do that? Had to find out more, and why did I not know about Ceroc 35 years ago.

What was your first night like?
I think it consisted of saying Sorry all night, but I couldn’t wait to have another go.

How do you find the people at the venue?
All very friendly and helpful. The French and Saunders act on stage (Rob’s and Lynn) is excellent. (Ed:- please don’t encourage them. They are bad enough to work with now).

How often do you go to CEROC and to what venues?
2-3 times a week to Cambridge, Hatfield, Bedford & Letchworth.

What hobbies do you have?
I have had a go at most sports having reached a respectable level at Golf. But football was my passion. C’mon you Lions (Millwall) (Ed:- Millwall??? Obviously knows nothing about the game then!!) Coached short tennis for a few years. I also enjoy most types of music and I am learning to play the electric guitar but not doing very well. (Ed:- please see Martins interview. He’s got 5 he plays badly according to Lynn) And of course Ceroc

Do you have a favourite move?
Yes. First move kick left, right, chassey, whoop de-do! (I’ll ask Robin tonight) (Ed:- sounds like the Butterfly kicks to me)

What is your favourite CEROC dance track?
She’ll be so fine by Roomful of Blues. 4 minutes. Phew

Anything you would like to change or see handled differently at CEROC Hatfield?
I enjoy myself when I go so I would not change anything.
